Dr. Wall would like to thank his sons, Marty and Brandon, for encouraging him to start this blog.  He’s especially grateful to his wife, Mary Sue, for 34 wonderful years.  He writes:

It was because of our great marital relationship that I decided to go into marital therapy as a career.  I figured, if you are going to be married, you may as well enjoy the journey.  Because of Mary Sue’s generous and humorous spirit and our comaraderie and deep friendship, I already had a template in my head of what a relationship could be.  Learning marital therapy as a career was a small, natural step from there.
